Irish Presentations

Top Year 14 student in Gold Fáinne exam – Shannon Doyle being presented with her trophy Gradam na Máthar Beinin from guest speaker Rebecca Donnelly.  Rebecca is a past pupil of St. Patrick’s Academy and currently works as the Mid-Ulster Irish Language Development Officer. The following students were successful in the Gold Fáinne exam.  Year 14 students: Adele Crealey, Shannon Doyle, Sarah Kelly, Kerrie-Ann Maxwell, Una McGeough, Cara McNulty and Aoibhe Shields.

Special recognition was given to 20  students who have Irish as their third language :Kotryna Aglinskaite, Samanta Sviderskis, Martyna Abelkyte, Melanie Amoral, Clelia Da Costa, Clarinha Ribeiro,Patrycja Czarkowska, Paulina Mikolajczyk, Maja Wawrynkiewicz, Patrycja Pastula, Mikolaj Baginski, Maksim Bazinov, Ava Chung Armindo Freitas Damas, Jiljo Lopes, Sandro Lopes, Erwin Ackapadickal, Christo Thomas, PatricijaPiezyte and Diana Silva Ribeiro who received silver fáinní.
