Top Year 14 student in Gold Fáinne exam – Nikita Rafferty being presented with her trophy Gradam na Máthar Beinin from guest speaker Christopher Donaghy
Christopher is a past pupil of St. Patrick’s Academy and has his own translation business in Dungannon called Premier Irish Translation Ltd.

Carmen McAleer 10D receives Gradam Aoidh Ruadh for the top Year 10 girl in Silver Fáinne exam and
Adam Brown 10D receives Gradam Thomáis Uí Chléirigh for the top boy in Year 10 from the Academyl Principal, Mr Donnelly.

Special recognition was given to 10 students who have Irish as their third language and received silver fáinní:

Mockus, Emilija Linkeviciute, Viktoras Naruisis, Joana Silva, Gabija Bytautaite, Silvana Oliveira, Karolina Pakainiskyte, Viktorija Zak and Vytis Armalis.
Students from Irish-medium background, Daire Carberry and Clare Quinn receive special awards for excellence in Irish.
Irish dancers, Áine Conroy and Niamh Conway also participated in the event.
