The J. Team: Student Journalism at its Best

St Patrick’s Academy offers Journalism at GCSE level and as a Sixth-Form Enrichment course. The subject gives students plenty of opportunity to develop their inner Fergal Keane or Geraldine Kennedy.

Our Journalists write news reports, feature articles and reviews; they shoot and edit their own television and radio news reports; they learn to work independently, think creatively and ask searching questions about the world around them. Here is a sample of some of the excellent work they are doing. We hope you enjoy it.
